PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited time slots, ATLFW 2025 RUNWAY SHOW DESIGNERS are exclusive and invite-only, meaning participation is limited to a select group of designers who have been invited to participate.
However, we welcome designers to complete an application to be considered for participation in our fashion presentation schedule. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Applicants will be notified of their application status on or before July 31, 2025. Application deadline to apply is June 20, 2025.
About Fashion Presentations
In addition to runway shows, Atlanta Fashion Week offers designers the opportunity to participate in curated Fashion Presentations.
A presentation allows guests to experience the designer’s collection in an intimate, immersive setting. Unlike traditional runway shows, presentations offer attendees the chance to:
Spend time viewing each garment up close
Engage directly with the designer and brand team
Observe the craftsmanship, details, and design process
Capture the full creative vision in an environment where every guest feels like they are “front row”
This format is ideal for emerging and established brands seeking meaningful interaction with media, buyers, influencers, and fashion insiders.
Designer Eligibility Criteria
ATLFW is a juried event committed to presenting the most innovative and culturally relevant designers in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Streetwear categories. Designers must meet the following criteria to be eligible for consideration:
Established Brand: Minimum of three (3) years in business, with a proven track record and design portfolio that demonstrates quality and growth.
Sales History: Active and verifiable sales through an e-commerce platform and/or retail placement in boutiques or major retailers for at least three (3) years.
Professional Portfolio: A complete, professional lookbook or portfolio showcasing both current and past collections with high-quality imagery.
Brand Identity: A clear and consistent brand aesthetic that reflects creativity, cultural relevance, and originality.
Media Recognition: Evidence of prior press coverage or media acknowledgment of the brand’s cultural and creative contribution.
Designer Participation Requirements
Designers selected to participate in ATLFW 2025 will be responsible for:
Securing their own models for their show or presentation.
Coordinating their own hair and makeup teams.
Designer participation fee.
