ATLANTA FASHION WEEK ANNOUNCES ATLANTIC STATION AS THE OFFICIAL VENUE FOR 2025
Atlanta, GA - June 17, 2025 - Atlanta Fashion Week (ATLFW) is returning Thursday, Oct. 2 through Sunday, Oct.5, and this year, the city’s most anticipated fashion experience finds a new home in one of Atlanta’s most iconic destinations: Atlantic Station. An Atlanta staple for the past 20 years, known for its walkability, public energy and thriving mix of retail and restaurants, Atlantic Station will serve as the backdrop for ATLFW’s most immersive and community-connected format yet.
ATLFW will activate three storefronts at Atlantic Station to host:
ATLFW: The Shows, ATLFW: The Shops and ATLFW: The Talks. Each space offers a distinct but connected experience that redefines how the city engages with fashion. From independent designer showcases to retail pop-ups, interactive brand moments to community-led conversations, ATLFW is transforming the center of the city into a live fashion ecosystem.
This year’s ATLFW theme, “Creating Space,” is about redefining what’s possible—not just on the runway, but in the culture at large. At Atlantic Station, ATLFW is activating more than just venues — ATLFW is creating moments where creativity, commerce and culture collide. From raw retail spaces to unexpected pop-ups, ATLFW is turning Atlanta’s streets into a style movement in motion. “Creating Space” is about spotlighting independent designers and emerging brands who are building something real—one collection, one story, one moment at a time. It’s about creating visibility, building brand awareness and giving creators the opportunity to connect directly with the people who wear and support their work. ATLFW isn’t following trends—they are building infrastructure for what’s next, and making sure it’s rooted in authenticity, growth and long-term impact.
ATLFW: The Shows will take place Friday, Oct. 3 and Saturday, Oct. 4, with Friday dedicated to women’s fashion and Saturday to men’s. These runway presentations are curated for press, fashion buyers, influencers and cultural tastemakers. In addition, ATLFW is also introducing robust public-access programming ensuring the entire weekend feels open, immersive and community-forward.
ATLFW: The Shops will showcase independent designers, artist-led brands and exclusive product drops, giving attendees a chance to shop directly from rising talent and discover what’s next in fashion retail. ATLFW: The Talks will bring together cultural leaders, creative entrepreneurs and brand partners for panels, workshops and activations that explore the intersection of fashion, beauty, identity and innovation.
“We didn’t just need a venue—we needed a space that reflects Atlanta’s pulse,” said Angela Watts, Founder and Executive Producer of Atlanta Fashion Week. “Atlantic Station has the energy and accessibility to turn fashion week into something more than a series of shows. It’s a weekend where people connect with style, stories, and each other.”
Atlantic Station allows ATLFW to meet the city exactly where it lives — at street level, in motion and on its own terms. Guests can explore shows, shop collections, attend talks and enjoy surrounding restaurants and amenities, all within one connected experience. It’s not just about watching fashion happen — it’s about being part of it.
“As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, it’s an honor to be the host site for Atlanta Fashion Week 2025,” said Giovanni Silva, Atlantic Station General Manager. “Atlantic Station has long been a place where creativity and culture thrive, and this collaboration underscores our ongoing commitment to supporting local artists and bringing together fashion, community and commerce in a meaningful way.”
The 2025 edition of ATLFW kicks off with an invite-only celebration on Thursday, Oct. 2 and concludes with a public shopping event hosted by Bloomingdale’s on Sunday, Oct. 5. The Atlantic Station venue announcement follows ATLFW’s recent reveal of a new two-year partnership with BMW, reinforcing its commitment to producing fashion experiences that blend innovation, access and cultural relevance.
