The Next Wave is Atlanta Fashion Week’s official year-round ambassador and emerging-leadership cohort for individuals ages 21–30 who are passionate about fashion, media, business, art and culture.

Selected annually, members help represent, amplify and grow Atlanta Fashion Week by sharing official campaigns, introducing ATLFW to new audiences and participating in curated events, community experiences and partner activations. During Atlanta Fashion Week, members become an extension of the ATLFW team—helping create energy, welcome guests, strengthen audience engagement and support the overall experience.

More than an ambassador program, The Next Wave is a community for emerging leaders who want to build meaningful relationships, expand their industry knowledge and become more connected to Atlanta’s fashion and creative ecosystem.

Members receive access to a private WhatsApp community where ATLFW shares job and internship opportunities, industry resources, casting and creative calls, upcoming events, professional-development opportunities and important program updates.

Who Should Apply?
The Next Wave is designed for individuals ages 21–30 who are interested in fashion, marketing, media, content creation, event production, styling, beauty, modeling, photography, entrepreneurship, technology, music, art or community engagement.

Applicants should demonstrate creativity, professionalism, a collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in helping Atlanta Fashion Week connect with new audiences. Members must be prepared to participate consistently in cohort communications, programming, campaigns and experiences throughout the year.
